Caleb Williams gives the offense a face and a plan, and the grade leans heavily on whether he hits. The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

The Elliss pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. That Thomas Jr. pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
