The tape said wait; the Bills did not. Tyler Batty went at Round 5, Pick 32, a good 70 picks before the board was ready. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

The Emmanwori value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. They went 7 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
