Every other box got a look, but safety did not. The Steelers will head to camp with the same hole they walked in with. More right than wrong, and a B+ to match.

They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made. The Milroe pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
