The Raiders finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B+.

Start where it matters. The Raiders took Shedeur Sanders to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They banked enough surplus on Skattebo to cover a lot of smaller sins.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
