Larceny in Round 7, Pick 18 lands the Steelers a B-, Edwards and all.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Steelers watched Daijun Edwards slide 33 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

They will answer for taking offensive lineman early while quarterback, safety and other spots went begging. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
