The Giants looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Tyler Batty at the 219th overall pick regardless, 80 picks early. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

That Mondon Jr. pick is the receipt they will wave around later. They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down.
