The Eagles clearly saw something nobody else did in Chris Hilton Jr., taking him 157 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

The Eagles indulged a want in Solomon while a need in interior defensive lineman, safety and other spots stayed open. They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. That Henderson pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
