Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Broncos came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. The bottom line is a respectable B+.

The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The cost of the Jackson reach is exactly the players who went right after him. That Johnson pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
