The 49ers cashed the board's mistake on Gordon II: B.

The 49ers spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Ollie Gordon II, the No. 175 name on the board, in pick No. 232.

The Griffith pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
