Grand theft in pick 198: the Browns steal Higgins and grade out a D+.

Boards are made to be trusted, and the Browns shredded theirs for Garrett Dellinger. He came off 54 spots early, and the room will hear about it. Too much went sideways, and the D+ is the honest tally.

The Higgins pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
