You can hear the double-takes from here. The Steelers took Phillip Webb at Round 7, Pick 23, roughly 84 spots before his name belonged. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

However the rest shakes out, Simon at that price is a win they earned. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
