Thirty-one other rooms let Eric Singleton Jr. slide, and the Commanders were the ones holding the card at the 93rd overall pick. Highway robbery. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Reaching for Brown left real value on the table behind him.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
