The war room fell hard for Brandon Coleman, and it showed at the 114th pick: 58 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. Put together, it is a D-.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. They have staked the next five years on Jayden Daniels, which is the only story that really matters here.

They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. The Bell pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with interior defensive lineman, cornerback and other spots still on the board.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, interior defensive lineman very much included.
