The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The 49ers watched David Bailey slide 127 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Reaching for Thieneman left real value on the table behind him.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
