Grand theft in the 205th overall pick: the Lions steal Johnson and grade out a B.

Call it larceny. Cornelius Johnson sat on the board until Round 6, Pick 30, and the Lions did not need to be asked twice.

They punted on linebacker, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. They reloaded the coverage unit in bulk.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the linebacker spot they never got to.
