The Patriots treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending the 223rd overall pick on Bryson Nesbit a full 79 spots early. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

Whatever Bo Nix becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
