Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Patriots came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. Estime at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The Mims pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

Add it up and this is about as clean as a draft weekend gets.
