The Seahawks checked most of the boxes and earned a B-.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Seahawks did exactly that with Jordan Travis in pick 78. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

They banked enough surplus on Cowing to cover a lot of smaller sins. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher.

Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The skill positions did well by the weekend.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
