The board owed the Bills one, and it paid up: Jake Golday, the No. 63 name on the board, sitting there at pick No. 126 like a gift left on the doorstep.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. They left with linebacker solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
