When a board-topper like Noah Fifita slides to Round 7, Pick 14, you do not overthink it, and the Bears did not. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. Every board in the league had McDonald lower, and that gap is the story.
