Best value of the weekend goes to the Seahawks for Jones: B.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Seahawks watched Myles Jones slide 22 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

The Seahawks indulged a want in Smith while a need in quarterback, running back and other spots stayed open. They are betting Robinson proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
