The 49ers let Gordon II fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Ollie Gordon II got past him. The 49ers do not have to explain a thing at the 255th pick. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

They are betting Caldwell proves the room right and everyone else wrong. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
