Grand theft in the 69th overall pick: the 49ers steal Baugh and grade out a B+.

Somebody in the 69th pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The 49ers sat still while Jadan Baugh, the No. 35 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

If Saka pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. A whole weekend of picks and linebacker is somehow still a want.

The Tez Johnson deal gives the class an established piece to lean on. They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made.

Good work on the whole, with linebacker the one box left unchecked.
