Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Seahawks were there to profit. Tahj Brooks, the No. 126 name on the board, should have been long gone before slot 212.

They will need Stackhouse to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
