Somebody in pick 216 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Browns sat still while T.J. Sanders, the No. 43 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

The cost of the Blue reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Cam Ward is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. Leaving safety unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Good work on the whole, with safety the one box left unchecked.
