The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Browns watched Jaxson Dart slide 199 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

They have staked the next five years on Cam Ward, which is the only story that really matters here. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

Job largely done: quarterback settled and 6 of 9 of the wish list covered.

Good work on the whole, with tight end the one box left unchecked.
