The Vikings won the night they stopped Wease Jr. from sliding. Grade: B+. You could see the war room lean forward. Theo Wease Jr. at No. 230 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. More right than wrong, and a B+ to match.
If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through tight end. Sam Cosmi gives the group a proven body among the projects. Job largely done: quarterback settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered.
Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.
Good work on the whole, with tight end the one box left unchecked.
