The steal of the weekend belongs to the Broncos and Worthy: B+.

Call it larceny. Xavier Worthy sat on the board until pick No. 87, and the Broncos did not need to be asked twice. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. Reaching for Johnson left real value on the table behind him.

They left with linebacker solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
