The phones were a trap the Bills kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. The process wobbled, and the D- is where it lands.

The Dankwah reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Coleman at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
