Somebody in the 238th overall pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Commanders sat still while CJ West, the No. 213 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

The wide receiver hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Hairston reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.
