Larceny in the Round 3 slot lands the Eagles a B+, Scott and all. Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Eagles were there to profit. Justin Scott, the No. 21 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick No. 70.
They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. Heldt has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.
Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
