Carson should have been long gone. The Steelers pounced, and earned a B-.

The board owed the Steelers one, and it paid up: Caelen Carson, the No. 89 name on the board, sitting there at the Round 4 slot like a gift left on the doorstep.

The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They will answer for taking offensive lineman early while quarterback, interior defensive lineman and other spots went begging.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
