The steal of the weekend belongs to the Steelers and Ransom: B+.

The Steelers spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Lathan Ransom, the No. 107 name on the board, in Round 5, Pick 22. The bottom line is a respectable B+.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
