This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Josh Newton, the No. 125 name on the board, stolen at Round 5, Pick 24.

If Tagovailoa pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast.

They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Steelers clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

Bottom line, they did the job about as well as it can be done.
