Nobody dealt better than the Steelers this weekend: C. The rest of the league had time to spare on Chantz Williams; the Steelers did not wait, grabbing him 228 spots ahead at the 255th pick.
Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The Steelers indulged a want in Sauls while a need in linebacker stayed open. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.
The Castro pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.
In the end, a coin-flip class: fine today, with a wide range of outcomes ahead.
