Boards are made to be trusted, and the Steelers shredded theirs for Taulia Tagovailoa. He came off 66 spots early, and the room will hear about it. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

It is not that Powers-Johnson is a bad player; it is that the Steelers had louder needs to answer first. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. The McGlothern steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
