The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Steelers reached some 54 spots for Jordan Travis, and value like that does not grow back. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

The McCaffrey pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. The Steelers indulged a want in Limmer while a need in interior defensive lineman, safety and other spots stayed open. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
