The trade table was where it all came apart. The Bills shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. The process wobbled, and the D- is where it lands.

The Smith pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Newton falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.

Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
