Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Browns were there to profit. Eric Singleton Jr., the No. 77 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 110th pick. One of the weekend's best, top to bottom, and a A- to show for it.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. Every board in the league had Lomu lower, and that gap is the story.

The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

A strong weekend's work, and a rare one to find this little fault with.
