The Falcons left with their quarterback, and a D to match.

Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Falcons, and the value they bled adds up to real damage.

They have staked the next five years on Jayden Daniels, which is the only story that really matters here. Leaving offensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Laube has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They banked enough surplus on Wilson to cover a lot of smaller sins.

In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
