Somebody in slot 135 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Dolphins sat still while Will Howard, the No. 101 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

If Ratledge pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
