If confidence were a draft strategy, the Bears would have aced it. Zion Logue at the 225th overall pick is 25 spots clear of where he belonged. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

They will regret leaving linebacker for another day if the season turns on it. Landing Hart that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
