Larceny in the Round 7 slot lands the Giants a A, Gordon II and all.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Giants were there to profit. Ollie Gordon II, the No. 175 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 248th overall pick. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A to cap it.

If Bailey pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. The veteran additions, Malik Willis chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

In the end it comes back to Jahdae Barron, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
