Nothing loud, just a tidy B for the Texans.

The one they had to fix is still broken. The Texans left edge rusher untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul.

That is a safety worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. Reaching for Ali left real value on the table behind him.

They left with running back solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Value over need was the throughline, for better and worse.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
