No fireworks, just a tidy B- for the Texans.

For all the boxes ticked, the Texans skipped the loudest one: wide receiver is exactly as bare as it was. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

That is an interior defensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. Hartman has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.
