The Texans let McClellan fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

Somebody in pick 248 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Texans sat still while Jase McClellan, the No. 217 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
