Best value of the weekend goes to the Texans for Brooks: B.

The board owed the Texans one, and it paid up: Tahj Brooks, the No. 198 name on the board, sitting there at No. 236 like a gift left on the doorstep.

A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. Running back was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.

In the 25th overall pick they get a matchup weapon at tight end, and a steal at that. A clean fit for the roster.
