Somebody in the 81st pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Browns sat still while Tate Ratledge, the No. 58 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped cornerback, which is a strange place to end up. They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made. Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the cornerback spot they never got to.
