The Steelers clearly saw something nobody else did in Storm Duck, taking him 41 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Burton. Spending an early pick on offensive lineman with quarterback, interior defensive lineman and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
