YESGUY40 DRAFTING FOR THESeahawks

Draft Grade — Seahawks
Overall

TradesB-
FutureB-
The Seahawks let Bryant fall and pounced. Final grade: B. You build a draft on nights like this. Cobee Bryant had no business being available in Round 7, Pick 7, and the Seahawks did the only sane thing and turned in the card.
For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
Pick Analysis
Pick18
Rnd1
Nick Emmanwori
In the 18th overall pick they get a ballhawk on the back end at fair value. Need was not the driver here.
Pick50
Rnd2
Tre Harris
Tre Harris in No. 50 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Pick52
Rnd2
Marcus Mbow
Marcus Mbow in Round 2, Pick 20 is fair value, right on his grade. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
Pick85
Rnd3
Carson Schwesinger
Carson Schwesinger at pick No. 85 is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick92
Rnd3
Quinn Ewers
A straight-up fair deal on Quinn Ewers at slot 92, value and slot in agreement. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Pick127
Rnd4
Jake Majors
Somehow Jake Majors was still sitting there in the 127th pick, and they pounced on premier offensive lineman value. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick137
Rnd4
Dylan Fairchild
Dylan Fairchild at the Round 4 slot is daylight robbery; nobody expected him to last. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick172
Rnd5
Kobe King
The board fumbled Kobe King all the way to pick 172, and they scooped it up. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick175
Rnd5
Mitchell Evans
A top-tier tight end at a bargain, Mitchell Evans in No. 175, plain and simple. The roster fit checks out.
Pick223
Rnd7
Cobee Bryant
Cobee Bryant at the 223rd pick is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. A minor need, but a need all the same.
Pick234
Rnd7
Trevor Etienne
Trevor Etienne slid further than he should have, and pick 234 is lovely value for the running back. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
